Website of It's Time to Focus on Lung Cancer. This lung cancer awareness campaign

American Legacy Foundation . ALF is dedicated to building a world where

Lung Association. The American Lung Association® is the oldest voluntary
health organization in the United States, with a National Office and constituent

Cuneo Lung Cancer Study Group
(CuLCaSG). CuLCaSG is a regional organization in northwestern Italy committed
to promoting lung cancer education and awareness for physicians, nurses, and
other healthcare providers.
International Association for
the Study of Lung Cancer. The purpose of the Association is to promote the
study of the etiology, the epidemiology, the prevention, the diagnosis, the
treatment and all other aspects of lung cancer and to disseminate information
about lung cancer to the members of the Association, to the medical community
at large, and to the public.
Joan's Legacy . Joan’s Legacy: The Joan Scarangello Foundation to Conquer Lung Cancer. Joan's Legacy is named for Joan Scarangello McNeive, a gifted writer, life-long New Yorker and nonsmoker, who died at age 47 in 2001 after a valiant nine-month fight with lung cancer. Joan’s Legacy is committed to fight lung cancer by funding innovative research and increasing awareness of the world’s leading cancer killer, with a special focus on non-smoking-related lung cancer.
LUNGevity Foundation.
The LUNGevity Foundation is the only organization in the United States dedicated
exclusively to funding lung cancer research.
National Familial
Lung Cancer Registry. The Registry was established at The Johns Hopkins
Medical Institutions in September 1993. The goals of the Registry are: 1) to
further our understanding of the causes of lung cancer (beyond smoking), and
2) to serve as an educational resource for persons at risk for lung cancer.
Roy Castle Lung Cancer
Foundation. The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation
is the only charity in the world wholly dedicated to defeating lung cancer,
the biggest cancer killer in the world.
Thomas G. Labreque Foundation.
The foundation was founded in 2002 by the Labrecque family in honor of Tom’s
memory. At the age of 62 the former Chairman of Chase, a non-smoker, died from
lung cancer. Tom’s family and friends initiated the Thomas G. Labrecque
Classic, “Run as One” event, with the hopes of raising lung cancer
awareness and vital research dollars to find a cure.
The National Lung Cancer Partnership. The National Lung Cancer Partnership is a group of leading doctors, researchers, patient advocates, and lung cancer survivors who are working together to improve treatments for lung cancer patients. We are dedicated to raising public awareness of the disease and generating funding for lung cancer research.

American Institute
for Cancer Research. AICR is the cancer charity that fosters research on

Foundation . The Foundation’s mission is to educate patients and their
families about angiogenesis and its new treatments for many serious diseases.

Cancer Care. Cancer
Care is a national non-profit organization that provides free professional support
services to anyone affected by cancer: people with cancer, caregivers, children,
loved ones, and the bereaved.
Cancer Hope Network is a not-for-profit organization that provides free and confidential one-on-one support to cancer patients and their families. We provide that support by matching cancer patients and/or family members with trained volunteers who have themselves undergone and recovered from a similar cancer experience.

Hoosier Oncology Group. The Hoosier Oncology Group operates as a cancer research organization established to evaluate innovative and promising methods and approaches to cancer treatment through, among other things, clinical research.
Oncology Nursing Society.
The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a professional organization of more than
32,000 registered nurses and other healthcare providers dedicated to excellence
in patient care, education, research, and administration in oncology nursing.

National Coalition
for Cancer Survivorship. The National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship
is the oldest survivor-led advocacy organization working on behalf of people
with all types of cancer and their families, advocates for quality cancer care
for all Americans
The National Brain Tumor Foundation. The National Brain Tumor Foundation is a nationwide non-profit organization serving people whose lives are affected by brain tumors. We are dedicated to promoting a cure for brain tumors, improving the quality of life and giving hope to the brain tumor community by funding meaningful research and providing patient resources, timely information and education.
National LGBT Cancer Network.the first and only national program addressing the needs of all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender cancer survivors and those at risk. for Respiratory Care. Information on respiratory care and related issues,

American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) American College of Chest Physicians is a medical society of physicians and PhDs specializing in diseases of the chest, including lung cancer. The site features 4 lung cancer patient education guides, evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, slides, and a Tobacco Cessation Tool Kit.
UCSF/Mt.
Zion Thoracic Oncology. The UCSF/Mount Zion Thoracic Surgery approach is
